The First Remembrance Ceremony and Honor Wreath laying was held in December 2006.

Little Falls American Legion Post 46 and Randall VFW Post 9073 - 5 wreaths were placed.

In 2019 over 6,300 honor wreaths were placed.

From 2006 to 2024 the total number of honor wreaths purchased and placed by WreathsForTheFallen.org was over 38,700 in all of the Minnesota State Veterans cemeteries; Little Falls, Preston, Duluth, Redwood Falls and Leach Lake Tribal.
